Benchmark Collective developed a customer-centric sales culture and bespoke training programme for RoarB2B following their acquisition of a new portfolio of events.

RoarB2B had acquired a portfolio of events and set out to build a positive, customer-centric sales culture across their expanding teams from scratch. With no established rebook framework in place, they engaged Benchmark Collective to provide strategic consultancy, design a training programme and supply experienced professionals to support their teams at live events — in collaboration with training specialists Acier Events.

ROAR B2B is a new event company with a clear mission to put the customer at the centre of everything we do.
